M/V Stella Australis

The M/V Stella Australis welcomes you aboard for a spectacular scenic cruise through the waterways of Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego. Built in 2010, the Stella Australis was tailor-made to navigate narrow fjords and channels of the southern tip of South America, bringing you up close and personal with the spectacular glaciers, rugged terrain and pristine environment of this remote corner of the Earth. 

The 100 cabins on board this expedition ship offer guests a comfortable space to relax and enjoy the view out of large panoramic windows. The functional design of the cabins include en-suite bathroom and shower, closet, writing desk, hairdryer, and safe. In order to reduce pollution to this pristine environment from disposable bottles, refillable water bottles are provided in each room, and filtered water dispensers are available on each deck. 

Meals are served in the Patagonia dining room, located on the first deck, featuring buffet breakfast and lunch, and delicious 4-course dinners complemented with Chilean and Argentinean wines. The Sky Lounge, located on the fourth deck, offers self-service drinks. The Darwin Lounge, on the fifth deck, includes a bar and comfortable seating in an inviting environment with panoramic views out of floor-to-ceiling windows. The Darwin Lounge is also the venue for daily lectures, and media presentations.
