Hakone Kowakien Ten-yu is home to an annex building, a registered Tangible Cultural Property of Japan. This building is located near the hotel, where guests can choose either Soba Kihinkan or Teppan-yaki Geihinkan. Soba Kihinkan offers Japanese cuisine, including soba noodles washed in the clear water of Hakone. Teppan-yaki Geihinkan restaurant boasts a beautiful traditional-style interior that is challenging to find. Teppan-yaki Geihinkan restaurant offers a multi-course dinner serving only top-quality ingredients, including Matsusaka beef and Awabi (abalone). Enjoy every moment of the skillfully grilled dishes cooked in front of you. The first floor is a full-fledged teppanyaki restaurant, and the second is a shabu-shabu restaurant.
