Located at the highest point on Ngorongoro crater’s eastern rim, Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge stands well over half a kilometer above the crater floor and offers unparalleled views across this enormous caldera. The lodge has a total of 92 suites that mimic Africa's rich tapestry of artistic traditions by way of rich woodcarvings and sculptures. The buffet-style Lemala Hill restaurant serves a fusion of continental and local cuisine alongside panoramic views of the crater. A la Carte options are available for lunch and dinner on select days of the week. The Crater View Bar’s bold yet welcoming character conveys an infusion of the lodge’s pervasive afro theme and its natural surroundings.
