The Red Mangrove Floreana Lodge
Playa Negra
Puerto Velasco Ibarra, Floreana Island
Galapagos Islands

Floreana island is the least populated of Galapagos Islands, with a total of 150 inhabitants living primarily in Puerto Velasco Ibarra. Here you'll find the Red Mangrove Lava Lodge, situated on black lava surface facing the ocean, built entirely with pine wood from the mainland’s man made forests.
The lodge has 10 independent cabins. Each is equipped with a full size bed plus a bunk bed, its own bathroom, front porch, and a reading and shade area to allow you privacy and enjoyment of the outdoors as you observe the sea.
Also you will find one common area which is the dinning room and grill kitchen for relaxation in company of other guests.
The location of the hotel is 5 minutes away from the main part of town and 3 minutes walking to the "loberia" to observe the sea lions in its natural environment.
