The balance of the day is at leisure so you can relax, unwind, and enjoy the facilities of the hotel or venture out for your first exploration of the city.

Day 3: Budapest

  • Full day at at leisure

Full Day Itinerary:Chain Bridge Enjoy a full day at leisure in Budapest or choose our optional tour of this city that was originally settled by the Celts prior to 1 AD. Learn about its past and understand how it became the political and cultural center that it is today.

Day 4: Budapest & Vienna

  • Travel via First Class rail to Vienna
  • Balance of the day at leisure

Full Day Itinerary:This morning, independently make your way to the Budapest Keleti rail station, and travel by train from Budapest to Vienna. Upon arrival, make your own way to your hotel. Once you’ve settled in, start your exploration of the city by visiting some of the numerous grandiose historical buildings and monuments. Of course, you also have to sample the famous Viennese coffee and Sacher torte (cake).

Day 5: Vienna

  • Full day at leisure

Full Day Itinerary:Schönbrunn Garden, ViennaEnjoy a full day at leisure to explore Vienna on your own or select our optional tour of Vienna visiting sites such as Vienna State Opera, the Hofburg Palace, Parliament, the Burg Theatre and City Hall.

Day 6: Vienna & Prague

  • Travel via First Class rail to Prague
  • Balance of the day at leisure

Full Day Itinerary:This morning, independently make your way to the Wien Meidling Rail Station, and travel by train from Vienna to Prague. Upon arrival, you will have the remainder of the day to enjoy the historical capital of Bohemia at your leisure.

Day 7: Prague

  • Full day at leisure

Full Day Itinerary:Prague, Czech RepublicDelight in a full day at leisure or choose one of our optional Hop On/Hop Off tours to see all that this beautiful city has to offer. Stops on this tour include Prague Castle, Old Town Square, Mala Strana and the Strahov Monastery.

Day 8: Prague/USA

  • Transfer to the airport independently or choose our optional airport shuttle
